I recently discovered a great trick for the medic and technician. When approacing a downed friendly instead of having your defibs/spike out have your med packs/stroyent cells out. By looking up you can throw either of these resources about 10 feet. As you aprroach your target toss a med pack/stroyent cell on your target then quickly switch to your defibs/spike.
Once you perform the revive quickly switch back to stroyent/med packs and toss another one on your target as they get up and they will be revived with full health/nearly full health depending on thier class (soldier will be almost full, same with some players with health upgrades).
Works well and helps keep your players in the game. Hope it helps..

Good advice!
I always get mowed down though as I'm trying to revive my team mates.. Guess I just need more practise!

mmmm ill bare that in mind. although if theres lots of team mates down i would prefere to get them up first then bring them back to full health.

It takes no extra time if you have your keys bound properly. I have my defibs/spikes on mwheel down and x as my med packs.
Like I said the trick is to toss the packs in the air as you approach your downed teamates, defib, switch, toss pack.. only the second med pack takes a fraction of a second longer. When I'm strogg I'm prone reviving so throwing an extra stroyo pack while your standing up takes no extra time at all.

Nice one, I hate it when I rez people, and they just run away, with half health, just to be killed in a sec. They never wait for packs and cells.

no time for this.. usually i'm strafe jumping around the front lines and crouch-healing (cuz it always misses) with defibs to revive. i'll then switch to med packs if i have time.

It dosn't take extra time just skill.. like I said you toss the pack from 10 feet or so away, switch to defibs, res, switch to med pack, toss, switch to defibs, res.
This can all be done while avoiding enemy fire.

Well the medic packs is usefull, but I think it is very important to change from your gun to your "defibs", as late as possible. A medic recieving fire while not having the gun out, is a rather dead medic.

no it does take time. when i'm on the front lines i'm mowing people down with my AR, then quickly switching to defibs to revive. if i'm away from battle or in a room behind a corner, thats a different scenario entirely.

You still walk faster with a knife then with medpacks, even dropping medpacks slows you down for a short while.

Its good advice to throw health before the revive, its a trick i learnt in W:ET.
Why? Your teammate gets up and is more likely to take the extra health and MOST IMPORTANT if you start to get shot at YOU can take the extra health kill the ememy then revive.

Correct me if I'm wrong but doesn't the supply crate position show on radar if you announce "Supplies Dropped"? Either way it's still a good idea to announce it since it lets your teammates know that they can fill up even if a medic isn't around. They can also see your location when you announce so they'll know where it is.
Also, if you get a call for a medic and you either can't get there or are waiting to respawn it's not a bad idea to respond with "Unable to assist" or "I'm out of range" to let them know they'll need to respawn and not wait for you.

I chuck med packs at there feet and sit on them till revived (strogg tech) if i get shot i use the med packs and the ammo to stroy button, if not when they are revived they end up almost at full heath. BUT PEOPLE NEED TO USE AMMO>STROY i never see it being used, yet i use it in fight and it keeps me alive(i bind it to x so i can use it easier).

That's a good advice for Medics, however for Technicians even stroyent cells won't help you if there won't be a smart opressor on site to cover you with shield and unfortunately most of them are not doing it, leaving strogg team almost every time with no technicians at all.
well... it's true that most of ppls just go running away when you revive them :S i oftenly yell "stroyent cells/medpacks dropped, if they want them they'll come back or say it and if they come back throw them, that way you won't lose the stroyent/medpacks... although if they really care they'll wait for you to heal them, i think that (as a technician) the hud should show the ammount of ammo the ppl has... cause sometimes teammates are almost ammo depleted and you dont have a way to know it :S ... you have to guess... or you don't have??? (if someone knows how to see these numbers tell me please!!!)
