ARM you buddy's Explosive when they can't! (Probably they are dead)

So many times when I watch my arming process went to 80% and some lucky shot comes and killed me. I yelled to the team to arm my explosive, yet no one listen. :(

Sometimes when my buddy fall, I went there and arm his explosive first then plant my explosive. And in the end the explosive blown 3 out of 5 times when I do this.

I really sad to see 5 explosive planted on sewer grate yet none can be armed :(

Can two soldiers/agressors work on the same charge at once? Like two engineers can both repair the same turret?

Yup, but it's probably better if, when 2 soldiers/agressors both plant a bomb each, then both go to arm the same charge, then switch to other.

High potential for 'stealing' the charge arm though. Might anger the statlawls.

And if there is time and opportunity, engineers should plant a mine or two near the bomb. Just to make it more difficult to disarm the bomb. :D

thats what i hate, all run to arm their explosive but in the end all get killed with none armed at all.
One should arm, the rest should cover him and defend the explosive, that way is way more affective.

But yea, once i armed a friendly soldier's explosive after he died leaving behind an almost armed explosive, then i planted mine.

But Covering fire seems more helpful to me than having 2 armed explosive being disarmed after all have been killed in the desperate attempt to have their charge armed.

btw: same with disarming, all engies rush to the explosive blindly and get shot in the back while starting disarming. terrible...

I didn't even know that was possible. I'm used to W: ET where that isn't possible.

Thanks for letting me know though.

Wow, I did not know either that you could arm other peoples explosives. I was always under the impression since it was theres, no one else could touch it.

imo when there are 3 soldiers, all 3 should plant, 2 defend and 1 arm them all

Stack with a buddy. Have a friend crouch, jump on his head, then arm while your on his head so that a lone engineer/contructor cannot disarm.

If you arm someone else his charge you claim it for your own. This might be something most players do not know and so use there own charge.

I've armed other peoples charges before. It's quicker than waiting for them to turn up and replant.

It's a good unknown tactic.

PS, Crouch.

Yea, that what I am talking about.
Covering is a MUST but sometimes, accidents happens :p
So arm the explosive if you can(of course) and when buddy can't.

Objective is more important than the stat :)
I prefer my buddy help me arm my charge in a early rush and lose my credit(hey, he deserve that credit), rather then another 10 minutes of holding...

You can do that in W:ET :p
