G'day Mate,
I'm not sure, but you may not have all the information. The Beta that is being run at the moment is the "Sneak Peak" or trial run beta. It is small and designed to iron out any problems that may arise with distribution.
The full open beta with 60,000 slots will be open gradually overthe next few days. It will feature 30,000 slots for paying file planet users, and 30,000 slots for file planet users with a non-paying account.
Splash Damage has made no comment at this time alluding to Beta keys for ETQW forum users.
Cheers Mate,
Ed

Hello Forum,
I think it would be a great offer for our loyalty to give the community members, which were registered before the beta was announced, a beta key.

+1
Support the community that supports them imo.
Definitely wouldn't do them to much harm, or allow for people who have pre-ordered to get first preference to the beta by using the advanced username rego code would be another good idea.

Well they would have to give it to people with a higher post count, not everyone that registers will play the game or indeed use the account.

That will be OK. So let us hope we get one. Please.

No it won't that would be selfish. Through that way we would have alot of keys that would go to waste rather than to people that would actually use them. Thats why they are distributing them the way they are.

If that is the problem, any from the community who wants key, have to request one.
