My friends and I like to hone their skills on our own server against Bots. Will this game allow us to create our own private servers at home (without having to rent one) so we can have our practice sessions? I understand it would not effect rank or XP, but can we still do this to practice?

non ranked servers are avi to all afaik and with bot support built in this seems completely reasonable

Ofcourse there will be private servers, would be pretty hard to get on the servers if there was only servers hosted from one place.
