No.
It sucks imo too. Takes up too much screen space and makes it feel a bit like your playing the game behind reading a book.

That's my biggest complaint. The fire team gui takes up way too much screen real estate

You can turn off the fireteam locations shown in the options...makes the box much smaller.

I haven't heard anything from SD about the HUD. IMO it needs some major tweaking. The kills area is just too big and central. move it to a corner or something......
