View Full Version : The FilePlanet forums are broken.

Totally broken. I try to log in and it askes for a forum password. I put in my password, it says incorrect. I log out and log back in, incorrect password. I go to F.A.Q. and it says "here are some frequently asked questions" and thats all it says, there are not FAQ listed.
How the bloody hell am I supposed to report bugs and give feedback if I can't even log in to the freaking forums. :mad:
They are fine for me.
They need to be used more though, so empty at the moment.

Hah. I didn't even check my email ... I just copied the key from the confirmation site. I got it. The confirmation email has the "forum password" in it.
In case anyone else was confused ... check your email.

I logged into my fileplanet account, but it is recommend to enter a extra password for the forums. I want to help the developers. How I can get the password?

Of course, the applies only to those who have obtained a key. Apparently if you don't have a key, you can't go on the forum which is understandable...

If you rec'd a key you should have rec'd an email along with it. At the bottom of that email from fileplanet is a link with a PW to those Beta forums. Insert PW and **POOF** you're one of us.

You used the password they sent you in the email and not your FP pass right?
