Anyone beta testing on Vista? Running Xp and the game plays great. How about vista. we have one clan member who is running vista and when he launches the game the game automatically pops up the "Program Not responding" message.

I use Vista Home Premium. It works great with this game.

Vista Business ... only had one or two crashes ... I think they were caused by the graphics settings. I need to look further into it before I post a bug report.

Im running Windows Vista Ultimate 64Bit, ive ran into a BUNCH of problems. but mostly to do with gfx glitches ill make a new thread about em later with screenshots.

Who said i was running it on 64bit? 64 Bit DOES still play 32 Bit games ya know.

Im just letting people know what OS i have :).

Like for example BF2142 is a abomination on the 64 Bit OS, hardly even runs :p.

Yet BF2 is like a charm >.>

So no its not coded for 64 Bit ;p

Vista Ultimate 64-bit, no problems here, latest drivers for 880GTS and Audigy, Lanparty SLI NF4.

Only thing I dislike is the fact that com_showfps 1 is showing that my fps is capped at 30.

i'm running an amd x2 4400+, 4gb ram, and an 8800gts on Vista Ultimate 64bit, with no problems at all.

i did have a problem with anti aliasing simply not turning on, but updating my video driver fixed that.

Vista Ultimate, only had one crash after I selected 2x AA. Probably a nvidia driver issue.

Im running QW beta on Vista Ultimate 32bit. I wanted the 64bit but a friend had a extra Vista Ultimate 32bit laying around and I bought it for $50. I haven't had any problems yet. Running a 8800 gts 640mb. 4gig of RAM. We will have to see as time goes on.

Just a few tips:

Run like admin
Disable composition with Desktop
Disable visual themes

32-bit programs can run on 64-bit operating systems.

ET:QW is a 32-bit program.

just runs fine on home premium 64bit without admin mode (perhaps because punkbuster is not integrated yet), graphics card: point of view 8800 gts 320

I am running Vista Home Premium. On occasion, the next map in round will load up to 88% and just stop. I have to 3 finger my pc.
