Anti-Lag?

Is there anti-lag code in the beta at the moment? It doesn't feel like it is in at the moment, although it could just be because of the low weapon accuracy. I realize it's a beta and all the features haven't been put in yet but I am just curious as to whether the anti-lag system is already in or not.
