List of available commands for bindings?

Is there a list of available commands anywhere? I want to know the ones responsible for the the "standing up" and "stamp" movements of the goliath, since I bound _vehiclecamera to "space". I also would like to know if it is possible to bind the second function of the keys with double use to a different key? For example, I would like to have the medics medpacks (and only those) bound to "3" and the supply crate to "5" (since I also bind the deployables to that key).
