Hannes is currently working on porting etqwpro to the mac.
unfortunatly i have no idea how well this is going.

No, you'd need to get the Windows version. GoGamer.com has it on sale right now for $5.99. So the cost would be minimal, unless you need to purchase a copy of Windows.
Hannes is definitely still working on (http://www.insidemacgames.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=35687&st=0&#entry368123) the Mac version though.
