how to deploy a radar?

:D Hi all,
A noob here, i have tried so many times to deploy radar and i cant ,obviously i play s a special ops, and it says on my screen deploy radar, i clicked on 5 for my hacking tool and looked everywhere.

Could someone explain to me in a noobish language please.:( thank you.

That's pretty much in the manual, and i tried that. i need more specific please. thank you for the reply.
i dont get nether red or green on the ground.

More specific than "press '6', then press left mouse button"? Don't use your foot to press keys, try one single finger.

you need to :

pick up your deploying tool.
not the hacking one, you got BOTH as covertops.
Once you have it equiped, press 'fire' and it will change the perspective to 3rd person like on the screenies.
Now, find some flat ground, inside your territory (you can see your territory by pressing 'n'), and look for the green thingies, just like the pretty pictures from the link.
Press fire again, and a radar will soon be deployed.

I went to the link agin i red it for th 5th time and nowhere it says to find a deploying tool, and equip it.,sorry i mut be blind if it says that there.
