(Sorry for bumping an old thread, but it seems I missed this one... :p)

My typical computer gaming food and drink typically consists of some of the following:

Breakfast cereals with milk (very fast preparation, fairly healthy, tasty), nut mix, and sometimes an apple or banana.
Water, green tea, fruit juices (multivitamin or plain orange), coke (light/zero), coffee (latte-ish).

Real meals take too long to make when I'm on a gaming spree... ;)

Try making a fruit salad, and add a bit of honey if you're craving some extra sweetness. :p

LOL. That's why I like the round-based system in Counter-Strike. It gives you a moment to take a gulp or grab a bite. :) I guess it's the same with waiting for respawns in ET.
