When you see a medic/technician coming to revive you, you push "SPACE BAR" right before he's about to revive you and this is what we call "Tapping Out"
I'm a professional Tapper Outter. I've been tapping out since I was 8 years old playing Oregon Trail.
Anyways, if you guys need more tips on how to tap out better let me know! I'll be happy to help you out.

Be sure you call out for a medic "Medic", and try to die out in the open where he'll be vulnerable as he approaches (you know, just before you tap out).
just calling "medic" isn't enough, gotta spam it

the better way to tap out is to bind 'kill' somewhere. Just pressing space bar may not be enough, since your limited within the respawn timer.r
Using 'kill' will gib you, preventing any kind of revive from happening, and at the moment of your choice.

What's even better is dying in a dangerous area where the medic will have to risk his life to revive you. But what you do is call for the medic so he sees the symbol, then /kill, then watch him come in and try to revive you like 5 times while he gets unloaded on. :dance:

it has been told before;
and calling for a medic will only change the symbol from the ankh to a cross, so it doesnt really matter.

the ankh disappears when you're gibbed, the cross doesn't.... duh?

i have to spam medic voice command in propub so many times, as a sniper, revive and no medpaacks given

medpacks should be saved for the medic to heal himself or throw a crate. You want more health? Go ahead and die, the medic will revive you again. I wont throw medpacks unless the class is crucial; i know the player is good; or i really have some of them to spare. But ill revive you often.

That's total bush league. The way to properly tap out is to do the following;
1. Join Strogg.
2. Die and spam the "Medic!" vsay over and over.
3. Wait until a tech is reviving you then /kill.
4. Type in global chat "We lost because our techs suck"

Lately, I have been guilty of calling for a medic and then getting gibbed shortly thereafter by some random nade or rocket. I'm sorry! I swear I didn't /kill! :P

Actually you're all wrong (!)
Wait until you have no health and are about to die, select grenade. run out into enemy territory and begin cooking. Die. Spam "medic". kill medic with grenade.
That's how you do it boys!
