Scroll Sensitivity

Does anyone know if there is a cvar for changing the scroll sensitivity. Mine is way too sensitive now for some strange reason. I have tried all the windows settings all ready and it didn't change anything.

Thirty seconds with the PC power cord unplugged gave me back my proper scroll speed. These weird things never end for me.
