Strogg medic - reviving effectivly

So everyone knows the strogg medic takes a long time to revive. So how do you revive your fallen team mates when they are under fire, and you are too?

Welll the strogg can revive easily ffrom the standing posistion so what I have found to work really well is to take it slow and make sure your constantly moving.

When reviving make sure your standing and moving around your downed teamate liek a maniac to avoid fire. Also if its a heavy fire zone with any cover near the down team member throw a bunch of stroy out to pickup while your making your revive. Also, don't be afraid to atke it slow in 2 or 3 attempts. If your under fire back off stroy up and finish your revive.

This tactic has worked well for me (in pubs where people arn't insta killing every downed person ;)) and gotten me a bunch of revives I would normally have never been able to make.

I just kneel and circle (or keep your back to the wall), even a quick prone opposite line of fire. The player might get gibbed, but hey, thats how it goes.

Kill the opponents first and revive later. It is more important to throw stroyent at wounded comrades then trying to revive under heavy fire, unless you are covered. Reviving technicians are wonderful target for rocket launchers :)

Yeah I'm talking when there is more players then just you in the area taking out enemies. When I play as a medic I'm pretty well straight revive/stroy/spawn host and not a fighter, unless I'm alone and forced into it.

It's a little different in a pub becuase you have 12 people on your team constantly dying/in need of stroy lol ;)

Actually there has been a couple times where I had 0% accuracy becuase I didn't fire a shot.

One of the most annoying things ever is people who absolutely MUST revive you under fire. Let me respawn ffs. I have ended up in situations several times where I get shot, revived, shot, revived, over and over again, when I could have respawned elsewhere and done something useful.

If you press spacebar you can't be revived.

yes you can, you will just spawn in the next wave instead of waiting for a medic, only way is to press respawn in limbo or bind button kill

Really I always thought you couldn't be then again I have p /kill and usually use that.. that is funny :D
