I get my server to show up on splatterladder, but there its not showing the players or scores. Is there some kind of logging that I need to turn on?

Negative. But it takes some time till SL shows the players. Read the SL FAQ, there are a lot of helpfull information about this...

ETQW-Statistics (http://stats.enemyterritory.com) is at the moment only with these ISPs (http://community.enemyterritory.com/?q=node/60) possible (Certified Ranked Server Provider). All other ISPs or personal dedicated servers/gameservers not in this list are unranked.

We works at the moment on our SL personalized website stats and implement the official QW statistics from all ranked servers over RSS-Statsfeed in your personal SL-Profil (a example from other player) (http://etqw.splatterladder.com/?mod=playerinfo&idx=7092). Stay tuned!:)
