Starting a LAN Server

I'm trying to create a dedicated LAN server that 2 clients can join (myself and a friend) along with a bunch of bots. The server starts and I can see in the console that bots are joining and doing stuff in the warmup, but I don't see the server listed in the LAN game menu.
