Scripting capabilities?

Hey there,

Was interested to know if there is a scripting engine built into ET: QW.
Something that would let us develop stuff like ping filters, country filters, reserved slots, etc. Any pointers?

I believe I heard jRAD saying that you can somehow tweak the filters.

I can be wrong though...

What does filter tweaking mean... like as in server browser filters
