Demo Server Files

With the announcement of the release of the demo files, has anyone heard or even better, know, if there will be a Demo Dedicated Lite server file.?

Also, it would be nice if they didn't narf the installer to prevent it installing on windows 2000 server, so I dont have to go through the hassle of installing it on a laptop and then uploading the files and reg keys manually. It just unneccessary as of course the server runs brilliantly on 2kServer.

Also, will we have a chance to install this in advance of the release so we have some nice managed/admin'ed servers when we get hold of the demo, instead of having to search hopelessly through 100's of bot occupied "preferred GSP" servers in warmup mode. That would be soul destroying.

Announcement has been made in the meanwhile.

Demo release will include a release of the server files.

Badman confirms Win2k isnt supported, even though it works...doesnt look like the OS check has been removed. There is work around though

things to try: may or may not be your prob
Make sure you remove any beta files first if you had any.
If it still doesnt work

check you are loading a loadable cfg.

set up again using the server manager
