man, use the forum search button or simply read the sticky threads

first things first: if you have a problem, please provide as much information as possible.
* give us details about your system configuration:
operating system
graphics card and driver version (!) (saying "the latest" is not helpful at all)
cpu
memory
firewall
virusscan
better yet would be a directx diagnosis file: just run "dxdiag", save the information and attach it to your forum post

make sure that the uninstallation was performed properly:
1. uninstall existing drivers
2. use drivercleaner or driversweeper (free) to remove old settings/files
3. restart windows
4. ignore all messages and repeat step 2 to make sure that everything got removed. after that install the new drivers
5. restart windows
try it, and use only the drivers from the official site. if it doesn't solve your problem, do what was mentioned above and post all your logs, especially the dxdiag.
