unable to update grphcsdrvrs

I ran the ATI drivers installation wizard and an error came up saying


"setup was unable to find components that can be installed on your current hardware or software configuration. Please make sure you have the required hardware or software"

download the ati uninstall utility found on their website, do a search, or try driver cleaner pro, only use driver cleaner pro if you know what you doing.

Can you please run through what the drive cleaner does and how to use it? Maybe even put in a direct link?
