I got the same problem with my stats, I stay logged off for 3 months and started logging in few weeks ago and still got wrong stats, plus when I try to search for my personal stats it tell me that my account doesn't exists.

I too had таже a problem with statistics. Was absent 4 months. Has arrived and play a week, and the statistics costs on one place and shows that last calling was 4 months ago. How it to correct?

You sure? Read the box, where does it say you have bought the rights for full support?
It doesn't, and I don't know of any other game that does.
stats =/= game btw, the game is fine, even the stats tracking ingame is fine, so there's nothing wrong with the game as such.

How constructive. This is a thread started by SD asking for info regarding technical problems with the stats site, not for your personal opinion on the aforementioned site, so plz keep it to somewhere relevant.

If it helps, even before the stats went down 13 days ago, my stats would report that I was last online 5hrs ago when they were completely up to date.

Its not constructive but the ingame stats are actual, so just check it in ingame. Or do u have to increase ur e-pen? well if so, stop gaming

Actually, I'm a statto in rl, so for some odd reason I like the stats site - not for leaderboards, but other stats, which sadly you do not get in game. Has nothing to do with my 'e-pen', but a sad fixation I have had with figures & maths since I was a wee lad. So plz run along now, and infest some other thread where you actually may add some benefit instead of just being a tool who complains about the stats but advertises his own in his signature ^^.

Well, the Account in my Sig isnt my actual Account. I changed the shit (the Sig) a year ago or something like that

Mine have been broken for 23 days or so.

It reports back with 23 and 28 days ago if I refresh.
I seem to recall someone's server crashing where I was playing, the last day it updated correctly.

It's not really that important, but I enjoy being able to check my full stats on the official site and over at geezer gaming when I'm at work and have some time to look them over.

Has anyone managed to get Activision to confess that they do indeed own the stats site?

In my opinion the stats wasn't refreshed since 19th of October.
(U can see this on the stats homepage --> the "Strogg Games Won" got every day the same 2 values -> 953,251 OR 953,267)

I opened a support ticket at Activision.

The answer:

Thank you for contacting customer support.

Stats are not updating on the website. We are aware of the problem and are currently looking into the matter.
