There is NO POINT to force a match between 2 teams, think about all people who can't play at this time (which was decided by you, and only you, you haven't made a single poll for example), maybe you don't see that there is a lot of player who aren't available at this time ?
You have a lack of new teams/players but never wondered why. Why am I supposed to play a scrim at an hour you have decided randomly versus a team which you aren't part of ? Why I can't, for example, make a match monday ? Does it change anything to you ?.

And you are talking about a "revive", to me it would be a much better idea to create new IRC chan to find scrim for qw and doing some cup from time to time instead of starting a cup on a single day and by this, you are forcing player to look for matches only the sunday. (remember, qw = dead game for competition and has barely 300 players avg on pub, 0avg on propub).
Any active team isn't playing on a single day of the week, if you really want a "revive" then start making this cup possible for everyone. This is too selfish from your own to say "hey it's sunday 17cet, and if you can't play then GTFO !" and then coming back and asking "why there are only few people registered ?".

yep, you aer right about time, i know, what if somebody is not available during sunday... thats true.

we are working on it, on everything, all will be updated soon! now i cant allow playing during weekend because it will be like chaos. Lets start with 1 day, lets eliminate every bugs, lets learn from mistakes, and then, when ALL WILL BE running on 100%, then we will start it.

-manage clan option for clan leaders
-make an offer option (for clan vs clan)
-view offers with options (accept, decline and propose new time)

point of this is, clan vs clan will deal about own time and own server, where they want to play.

now we know that matches starting from 5pm. later, i mean from next week each clan responsibility will be to arrange time schedule for own matches.
(there will be soemthing like deadline, for clan vs clan you have for example 5 days, if clans will not find suitable date and time, last day, the deadline will be latest day they can play match) - this is for clan vs clan only

-mixed up teams will play during sundays only from 5pm
-special requests upon agreement
